Dismantling and Leaf-casting Water-logged Volumes

I participated in a project to conserve an archive of volumes of 17th-19th c. legal documents found at the bottom of a German lake. The pages were rediscovered and dried before being distributed to various institutions and studios for conservation. The pages need to be cleaned and separated before leaf-casting and rebinding by a professional bookbinder.
